VOLUNTEER COMMITMENT POLICY

  • A LISTING OF ALL AVAILABLE VOLUNTEER COMMITMENTS WILL BE POSTED AT BOTH THE SPRING AND FALL REGISTRATION SESSIONS.

 

  •  FOR EACH CHILD ENROLLED IN A SPORTS PROGRAM, ONE VOLUNTEER COMMITMENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO A MAXIMUM OF 2 PER FAMILY(the number of commitments may change from season to season)

 

  •  AT THE THE TIME OF REGISTRATION, A POST DATED CHEQUE IN THE AMOUNT OF $100 MUST BE PROVIDED AND DATED FOR THE DATE OF YOUR COMMITMENT (volunteers will be contacted one to two weeks in advance of the event)

 

  •  SHOULD YOUR CHOSEN COMMITMENT BE FOR WEST EDMONTON MALL TICKETS FOR INSTANCE, THEY MUST BE PAID FOR AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION BY CASH, DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD

 

  •  SHOULD YOU FAIL TO FULLFIL YOUR COMMITMENT, YOUR CHEQUE WILL BE CASHED

 

  •  ANY CHEQUES RETURNED NSF WILL BE CHARGED AN ADMINISTRATION FEE OF $30 AND YOUR CHILD WILL BE SUSPENDED FROM PLAYING UNTIL THE DEBT IS SETTLED. FUTURE COMMITMENT DEPOSITS WILL BE REQUIRED IN CASH OR BY CREDIT CARD

 

  •  SHOULD YOUR CHILD DROP OUT OF ANY SPORTS PROGRAM ONCE THE SEASON STARTS, YOU WILL STILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE YOUR SCHEDULED COMMITMENT(S)
